On Wednesday 15 May 2024, 19:00–21:00 EEST/UTC+3 we will participate in a teach-in to #freepylos9 organized by @fac_research ,in solidarity with the nine criminalised survivors of the Pylos shipwreck and of all people on the move under spurious charges of “facilitation.” The nine defendants accused by the Greek State of the Pylos shipwreck of 14 June 2023, will be tried on 21 May 2024 before the three-member Appeal Court of Kalamata, Greece.
Together with @freehomayoun , @iuventacrew , @legalcentrelesvos , @cpteams , @alarmphoneofficial , @captain.support and @rpegyorg we will discuss the connection of the campaign #FreePylos9 to broader struggles for freedom of movement and against criminalisation of people on the move and solidarity with and amongst them.
